Chords carrying calm comfort
Serenade us in time.
Your hand holding love notes
Caress then cover mine.
Insulating our nest,
I gather some rhymes.
Ever so deftly,
You paint the design.
Ruminations then rendering;
What was new is now feathering.
Our happy nest yields happiness
Hatching a love that’s passionate.
